Privacy

Quotidian’s 50 starter quotes work without an account. If you choose the personal library, Quotidian uses the information needed to sign you in, keep your quotes private, connect your watches, and verify your Google Play purchase.

Information we handle

• Your email address and Sheikhira account identifier for passwordless sign-in.
• The quotes and optional attributions you save in your personal library.
• Paired-watch names, generated device credentials, connection dates, and revocation state.
• Google Play product, purchase status, and protected purchase-token records used to unlock or restore access. Quotidian does not receive your card details.
• Limited security records, such as hashed network identifiers, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How it is used

Your data is used only to provide Quotidian, sync your library, verify access, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Personal quotes are not public and are not used for advertising.

Storage and service providers

Account and library data is stored with Supabase. The website is served by Vercel. Purchases are processed and verified through Google Play. These providers may process technical information under their own terms.

Retention and control

You can export your quotes or delete your Quotidian account from the signed-in website. Account deletion removes your personal quotes and paired devices. Minimal purchase records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations, but are detached from your active Quotidian profile where possible.

Deleting Quotidian data preserves your shared Sheikhira sign-in and data used by other Sheikhira products. To request deletion of the shared sign-in identity as well, contact hello@sheikhira.com.
